"I hate Georgia"

Yes....I know it has been forever since I last posted. I could say that I don't have time...which is kinda true. I could say that I don't have anything to write about....which is not true at all:). I don't know why I haven't written on here. I think that I have been in a funk and just not at all interested in writing...well, I am getting out of that funk! I love to write and have truly missed writing on here...not that anyone reads it, except my sweet husband and occasionally my mom, but I like to write and see what comes out on the screen. I am not overly funny, or gifted, or ...shoot, I don't even use correct grammar 65% of the time! I just like to write!

So today I decided that I am going to blog again and keep track of the great things that are happening in my life and around me.

We had a blessed Christmas this year. We spent time at home and with both sets of grandparents. What fun was had and what loot our kids brought home:) I am seriously going to have to get rid of half our toys just to be able to have somewhere to put the new stuff. We have been so blessed by our families and the way that they pick out the perfect gifts for our children. They loved, and I stress LOVED, every single gift they got. We stayed up too late, layed around too much, ate too much, and laughed too much...perfection! I hated for the end of the break to come. I love my kids being at home....even though they can drive me nuts...I love my home when they are in it. I am already counting down the days until their next break on the 19th.

We didn't see any snow while we were in Virginia and the kids were so disappointed. I may take them to Snow Mountain to go tubing soon. I think they just want to see snow..feel it...lay in it...throw it...and everything else that comes with playing in the snow. Charlie doesn't understand why it never snows in Georgia but that it snows "everywhere else in the world". He didn't like my answer to his question...so he just said...."I hate Georgia" and kicked his foot in the air and walked off. There you have it my friends!
